A candle holder pillar that creates a new candle from the candle’s melted wax as a respond to a question of what is a "cycle design"?

It made me reflect on rituals—their role in our lives and the reverence we give them. From daily rituals to religious ceremonies that unite groups, communities, and nations, I aimed to capture this cyclical nature in my design. The candle holders were created for Shabbat candles, symbolizing the recurring act of lighting them each week. As the wax melts, the ceramic pieces can be rearranged, altering the composition and offering a fresh perspective with each use.

Materials: ceramic, aluminum.
